What's Covered

Our lifetime warranty covers the following components of the Triple Point cold plunge:

Structural Components: The frame and body of the cold plunge are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

Electrical Components: Electrical parts, including the pump and control unit, are covered for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase.

Plumbing Components: Plumbing parts, including hoses and connectors, are covered for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase.

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or fading.

Damage resulting from external factors such as weather, accidents, or natural disasters.

Consumable parts such as filters, which are subject to regular replacement as part of normal maintenance.

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Assessment: Our team will assess the issue and determine if it is covered under the warranty. We may request additional information or inspect the product if necessary.

Repair or Replacement: If the issue is covered, we will, at our discretion, repair the defective component or replace it with a new or refurbished part. In some cases, we may replace the entire product.

Limitations and Exclusions

The lifetime warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

This warranty is only applicable to products purchased directly from Triple Point or an authorized dealer.

Any repairs or replacements provided under this warranty do not extend the original warranty period.

Governing Law

This warranty policy shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this warranty policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
